Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Management Support:
- Assist in planning, setting up, and monitoring digital media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
- Support the creation and execution of campaigns, ensuring that all ads are launched on time and according to specifications.
- Help with the day-to-day monitoring of campaign performance, making adjustments as needed under the guidance of senior team members.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal review and client updates.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns based on data analysis.
Budget Management Assistance:
- Assist in managing media budgets, ensuring that spending aligns with campaign goals and targets.
- Monitor daily budget pacing and report any discrepancies to the senior media buyer.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile campaign spending with invoicing.
Coordination with Creative and Analytics Teams:
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives meet platform guidelines and are aligned with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to track the impact of media efforts on broader marketing goals.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on trends and changes in the digital advertising landscape, including platform updates and new tools.
- Conduct research on competitors campaigns to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or media buying, preferably with some hands-on experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Internships or project-based experience in digital advertising is also welcome.
Certifications:
- Google Ads or Meta (Facebook Blueprint) certification is a plus but not required.
