Role Description

Throughout this journey, the Junior Planning Engineer will benefit from specialized technical training and ongoing support from a dedicated team, with the primary goal of preparing the individual for assignment to one of the Group’s projects in a site role. Working closely with experienced colleagues and senior professionals, the candidate will be fully integrated into project site planning activities, acquiring hands-on experience and growing within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities

· Support daily site planning activities, contributing to the preparation and updating of work schedules under the guidance of the Planning team.

· Assist with collecting and verifying physical progress data on site, working alongside site managers and subcontractors.

· Participate in evaluating the feasibility of construction schedules based on document deliveries and material availability.

· Collaborate with the Material Control team to ensure alignment between supply chain and project plans.

· Help draft weekly and monthly progress reports, following Project Control guidelines.

· Actively engage in specialized training sessions covering planning, scheduling, software, and project control procedures.

· Support the preparation of progress curves, manpower histograms, and resource analyses, developing technical skills through practical and theoretical mentoring.
