Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
JuniorProcurementAnalystsupportstheprocurementfunctionthroughdataanalysis,purchase order coordination, supplier performance tracking, and ensuring timely availability of raw and packaging materials. The role works closely with suppliers, production planning, finance ,and theprocurementteamtoenableaccuratepurchasing,costcontrol,andsmoothmaterial flow to the factory. Responsibilities include documentation handling, reporting, SAP transactions, andsupportingsourcingactivitiesundertheguidanceoftheProcurementLead.
PrepareandprocesspurchaseordersinSAPwithaccuratepricingandspecifications. • TrackPOstatusandfollowupwithsupplierstoensureon-timedelivery. • CoordinatewithProductionPlanningonmaterial requirementsandpriorityorders. • Support onboarding of suppliers by collecting required company documents and certificates. • Analyze procurement data including price trends, delivery performance, and cost variances. • Prepareweekly,monthly,andad-hocprocurementreports. • Maintainprocurementtrackers,supplierlists,andpricefiles. • Monitorsupplierdeliveryaccuracy,qualityissues,andlead-timeperformance. • Communicateshipmentschedules,documentationneeds,andclarifications. • Prepareperformancesummariesforsuppliermeetings. • Createpurchaserequisitions,purchaseorders,andbasicmaterialmasterupdates. • Supporttroubleshootingofprocurement-relatedSAPissues. • CoordinatewithFinancetoensureinvoicesarematchedandposted. • Trackoutstandinginvoicesandfollowuponpaymentsforcriticalshipments. • SupportcomparingPOpricesagainstbudgetandapprovedpricelists. • Maintainsupplieraccountstatementsandflagdiscrepancies. • Ensure procurement activities follow company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. • Assistwithdocumentationofproceduresandworkflowupdates. • FollowallHSErulesduringwarehouse/factorycoordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Experiencewith SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. • Basicknowledgeof Incoterms, logistics, and material planning preferred
