Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals
Maintain supplier database and records
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to support decision-making
Support contract preparation and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
0 2 years of experience in procurement or administration (internships count)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Basic understanding of procurement processes is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player with a proactive attitude
