Your Impact

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle and strategy of assigned products within Eon Dental's portfolio. The Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product initiatives with overall company objectives and vision.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.

• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and deliverables.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces and experiences.

• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, design, development, testing, and release.

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features and functionalities to continuously improve product value.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.

• Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.

• Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.

• Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
  

What To Bring

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes

• Experience with data analytics

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.

• Highly effective cross-functional team management.

• Understanding of software development and product design.

• Leadership and the ability to take initiative.

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices .

• Project management experience is preferred.
