Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Junior Product Manager will support the development and improvement of Inveeto. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about user experience, and able to translate customer feedback into clear product insights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Feedback & Support:

  1. Identify and manage client feedback channels (surveys, calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom, etc.).

  2. Document client experiences, feature requests, and usability pain points.

  3. Prioritize client feedback and link it to the MVP compliance matrix.

  4. Respond to client inquiries via email and support onboarding or demo sessions.

  • Product Roadmap & Reporting:

  1. Convert feedback into PMVP (Post-MVP) features and document design improvements.

  2. Support design thinking and documentation processes using modern tools (including AI).

  3. Prepare regular product performance reports (usage, satisfaction, and improvement areas).

  • Marketing & Communication:

  1. Manage Inveeto s social media (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).

  2. Create visual content (photos, short videos) for product promotion.

  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and effective strategies.

  • Website & SEO:

  1. Apply SEO best practices to www.inveeto.com (WordPress).

  2. Suggest design and UX improvements for better visibility and usability.

  • Long-Term Product Strategy:

  1. Assist in defining the long-term product strategy and vision.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  1. Strong English communication skills; written and verbal are a MUST.

  2. Familiarity with SaaS products, digital platforms, or CRM tools is an advantage.

  3. Basic understanding of UI/UX, marketing, or data analysis is a plus.

  4. Excellent documentation and organization skills.

  5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Years of experience: At least one year of relevant experience.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Location: Ramallah, Palestine (Remote work considered for qualified candidates outside Palestine).

Languages Required: Fluent in English & Arabic.
