Roles & Responsibilities

BlackStone eIT is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Project Coordinator. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate communication and coordination across various project tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules and documentation.
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas, taking detailed notes and tracking action items.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in the identification of any potential issues or delays.
  • Support the project manager in resource allocation and budget tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and update project management tools as needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks related to project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
