Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Help in the overall management of the project
- Preparation of project quality plan
- Help in the preparation of progress reports
- Aid in the preparation of tender documents.
- Maintenance of the project programme with the Project Planner
- Aid in project planning and control
- Help the project manager in the financial control of the project
- Maintain risk register
- Instigate design reviews
- Aid in the appointment and management of all required sub-consultants or other services
- Help in the technical co-ordination with discipline heads
Requirements:
Technical Competencies
- Experience in Infrastructure design
- Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes
- Reasonable knowledge of the following software: project planning software and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Behavioural Competencies
- Experience in working within a team
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team
- Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way
Desired Candidate Profile
Junior Project Manager - UAE National to actively manage projects, key clients, and working within a multidiscipline team of architects, engineers and cost management consultants providing a comprehensive service.
Education & Experience:
- Degree qualified minimum requirement of BE or other professional qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management
- Family book is mandatory for UAE nationals
