Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a resource to join our client in the UAE as a Junior Project Manager who will be responsible to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or Project Lead, the Junior PM is responsible for assisting in coordinating activities, managing timelines, tracking budgets, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with foundational project management experience looking to grow into a more senior leadership role.

Desired Candidate Profile

Project Planning & Support
Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Support the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Participate in the estimation of resources and budget planning.
Execution & Coordination
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively.
Assist in managing day-to-day project operations, tasks, and resource allocations.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Prepare and deliver project status reports, updates, and presentations for stakeholders.
Support communication between project team members, departments, and external parties.
Escalate risks and issues to senior management as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, change requests, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Track KPIs and milestones, and generate reports for internal and client use.
Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards.
Quality & Risk Management
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues with appropriate mitigation strategies.
Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
