Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements, and contributing to the project's success.
  • Support the creation of detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively escalate concerns to senior project managers to maintain quality.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with development teams, facilitating clear communication and resolving roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to have a good foundation.
  • Holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, or is willing to obtain it for professional growth.
  • Has 1-2 years of experience in the software industry, demonstrating a basic understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
