Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify supply needs (finished products).
- To see the quantities to buy according to demand, seasonality and stock levels
- evaluate quality, delivery times, reliability and prices.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions.
- Ensure optimal value for money.
- Prepare, validate and send the purchase orders.
- Follow up on current orders (d lais, conformit).
- Track deliveries and receipt of goods.
- Managing potential disputes with suppliers (delays, non-conformity).
- Collaborating with the warehouse manager and the logistics department to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Manage purchase documents (invoices, delivery notes, contracts).
- Update the supplier databases.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University level: Bachelor's degree + 4 years.
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
- Region of -Birtouta- Wilaya of Algiers.
