Execute pre-defined test plans for functional, non-functional, and regression testing across SIT and UAT phases.

Identify, isolate, and document defects clearly in tracking systems (Jira/GitLab), providing detailed reproduction steps for the development team.

Assist in maintaining and running automated test suites (Unit, Integration, End-to-End) using Python or Go and write basic automation scripts under supervision.

Perform basic validation of RESTful APIs and real-time communication channels (WebSockets) to ensure data consistency and correct response codes.

Monitor automated test results in the GitLab CI/CD pipeline, triaging failures and flagging regressions to the engineering team.

Maintain accurate test logs, screenshots, and execution evidence to support internal quality governance and NCA compliance audits.

System Testing (NICE SP-SYS-004)

Ability to assist in conducting test events to verify system performance and security features.

Testing (SFIA TEST Level 2)

Executes given test cases, records results, and documents defects.

Automation Basics

Fundamental knowledge of Python or Go for scripting simple tasks.

Web Technologies

Basic understanding of how web applications work (Frontend vs. Backend, APIs, JSON)

Tooling

Familiarity with Git version control and issue tracking tools (Jira/GitLab)

Security Awareness

Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and basic security testing principles.

Analytical Precision

A keen eye for detail and the patience to rigorously re-test fixes
