Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases as per test plans including functional, regression, and integration tests.
- Report and document defects clearly and track their resolution using bug tracking tools like DevOps.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with developers and other members of the QC team.
- Learn automation tools and assist in developing simple automation scripts.
- Conduct basic API and performance testing with guidance.
- Support static testing activities and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Continuously learn and improve testing skills following best practices and company procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems such as DevOps or Jira is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn automation tools and scripting languages.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to execute simple queries.
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
