The Junior Robotic Systems Engineer supports the development, integration, and maintenance of robotic systems in a hands-on engineering environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable system performance by assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, sensor and actuator integration, and simulation-based testing. The position is ideal for an early-career engineer who is eager to work directly with robotic platforms, strengthen their technical foundation, and grow into more advanced system ownership and engineering responsibilities over time.
- Monitor and troubleshoot robotic system performance
- Diagnose issues across hardware and software
- Support sensor and actuator integration
- Assist with simulation and validation testing
- Maintain and update technical documentation
- The employee is responsible for performing duties in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and quality objectives
- The employee has the necessary authority to make decisions within their scope of work and escalate issues as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.
- The employee is accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of their work, as well as for reporting any nonconformities or risks that may impact quality, legal compliances, safety, environment, or customer satisfaction.
- Support and participate in achieving organizational QHSE objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Control/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience with robotic or embedded systems (strong academic project work may be considered)
- Proficiency in C++ and Python
- Basic understanding of kinematics and motion control
- Familiarity with GI
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with ROS / ROS 2
- Exposure to simulation tools such as LabView or Simulink
- Knowledge of PLCs or industrial fieldbuses
