Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training sessions to staff and site workers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure timely certification renewals
  • Support on-site safety audits and inspections in coordination with the client’s HSE team
  • Promote awareness of occupational hazards and safe working practices
  • Assist in incident investigations by providing training insights where necessary
  • Ensure that all safety training aligns with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices
  • Report regularly on training progress and employee participation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UAE delivering safety or HSE training
  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA) preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and safety education techniques
  • Flexibility to work on-site at client locations when required

Job Location : Riyadh

Basic Salary plus commission
