Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell HVAC & air conditioning systems (chillers, VRF/VRV, split, packaged units, AHUs, FCUs)
Identify and develop new customers (consultants, contractors, developers, end users)
Prepare Quotations, technical & commercial proposals .
Attend meetings with consultants and project stakeholders
Track projects from tender stage to order closing
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
Achieve sales targets and market growth
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2–3 years of HVAC sales experience
Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and solutions
Proven track record in project sales
Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
