Job Description Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating product features and benefits to clients.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, providing technical expertise to support the sales process and improve closure rates.
• Analyze customer requirements and specifications to recommend suitable product solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in sales meetings and prepare regular sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences, building networks with potential clients and industry professionals.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in sales or technical support.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation products.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Passion for sales and a results-driven approach.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and industry events.
• Experience in industrial markets such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Manufacturing, or Steel industries.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
