Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for lighting solutions within the assigned territory.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.

3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.

4. Understand client requirements and provide tailored lighting solutions that meet their needs.

5. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.

6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with clients in alignment with company policies.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

8. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

9. Provide post-sales support and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

10. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

with 0-1 Year Experience.

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Strong interest in lighting solutions and electrical products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
