Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Mechanical Engineer for our Centralized Gas System (CGS) sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, exceptional sales qualities, and a proven track record in B2B sales. � Manage the sales for the CGS division � Drive project sales growth by converting leads, responding to enquiries, and securing new business. � Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and client requirements. � Identify and acquire new opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building. � Engage and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders to position our CGS solutions effectively. � Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, execution) to ensure seamless project delivery. � Prepare reports, and present updates to senior management. � Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and team development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical
2-4 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, providing a practical understanding of sales processes and technical solutions.
Relevant certifications in sales engineering or product management are preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
Experience in the technology, software, or engineering industries is advantageous, ensuring familiarity with relevant products and market dynamics.
Good in AutoCAD and Estimation
