Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by generating leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving its targets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and customer relations to develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, committed, and eager to contribute to the team s success while developing their sales career.


Responsibilities
  • Assist senior sales executives in day-to-day sales tasks and client meetings.
  • Generate new sales leads through research and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Support the sales team in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on lead-generation activities.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, proposals, and quotes.
  • Participate in team meetings and share valuable insights gained from customer interactions.
  • Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Monitor competitors products and services to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in sales and desire to build a sales career path.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
