Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & B2B Prospecting
- Actively prospecting for a client base composed of SMEs, SMIs and small businesses
- Securing qualified appointments and presenting Gifty solutions
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable offers
- Follow up on opportunities until the contract is signed.
- Develop, retain and manage a B2B client portfolio
- Contribute directly to revenue generation
Monitoring & reporting
- Monitor the evolution of opportunities and performance
- Achieve the weekly and monthly targets set
- Gathering field information and market trends
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of prospective companies (SMEs/SMIs)
- Number of appointments obtained
- Clients' sign name
- General revenue
- Conversion rate
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in (business, marketing or equivalent)
- Prior sales experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of communication and negotiation.
- Dynamism, organization, autonomy and results-oriented
