Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & B2B Prospecting 

  • Actively prospecting for a client base composed of SMEs, SMIs and small businesses
  • Securing qualified appointments and presenting Gifty solutions
  • Analyze customer needs and propose suitable offers
  • Follow up on opportunities until the contract is signed.
  • Develop, retain and manage a B2B client portfolio
  • Contribute directly to revenue generation

Monitoring & reporting

  • Monitor the evolution of opportunities and performance
  • Achieve the weekly and monthly targets set
  • Gathering field information and market trends
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of prospective companies (SMEs/SMIs)
  • Number of appointments obtained
  • Clients' sign name
  • General revenue
  • Conversion rate

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in (business, marketing or equivalent)
  • Prior sales experience is an asset
