Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily qualitative and quantitative sales targets per client.
- Manage and handle the client portfolio (orders, collections, payments, etc.)
- Maintaining constant contact with clients in order to nurture and build customer loyalty.
- Keep customers informed daily of all special offers and product availability as well as sales activities.
- Ensure that customer disputes are handled by the relevant department and escalate the most complex cases to the supervisor.
- Report and transmit relevant information to one's superiors (late customer, block the customer, unblock the customer,).
- Aim for continuous improvement of performance by constantly monitoring the dashboards made available to it.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
- Experience of at least (01) one year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercial fiber.
