Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers inside the branch and explain company software and hardware solutions.
- Present product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and technology trends.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Update sales records and CRM system regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
- 0 2 years of experience in sales (technology field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of software systems and computer hardware.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
