Junior Sales & Technical Service Engineer

Sales Support:

• Assist the Senior Sales Executive in penetrating the market for rigid systems and other products to achieve agreed sales targets.
• Schedule and coordinate all relevant meetings, from initial trials to technical or commercial queries.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Follow up on customer requirements and orders by coordinating with internal departments, including technical services, planning, and production, to suggest optimal products.
• Maintain logs of all communications, serving as the focal point with clients throughout all stages of the deal, from the initial request to full payment.

Order and Delivery Coordination:

• Collaborate with the supply chain and accounting teams to ensure timely goods delivery, invoicing. and collection.
• Coordinate with procurement and the warehouse to replenish sold products.

After-Sales Support:

• Provide after-sales customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist the technical team in conducting trials and offering technical support when needed, including support from teams in Egypt or the UAE via phone.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support any sales-related projects as required.
