Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) sales campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement actionable optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and refine ad strategies to improve results.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and communicate insights with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, budgeting, and targeting to avoid overspend and maximize ROAS.
Desired Candidate Profile
What We Require:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify performance trends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Proficiency in English and access to a stable internet connection with a quiet workspace.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in marketing agencies, performance marketing companies, or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and creative performance analysis.
- Prior experience managing multiple ad accounts or regions.
