Roles & Responsibilities
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Coordinator/Engineer (UAE National) to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate with government authorities and external stakeholders to secure required permits, NOCs, and approvals.
Manage stakeholder communication across multiple infrastructure and development projects.
Track submissions, approvals, and comments to ensure timely responses and project progress.
Liaise with design teams to ensure compliance with authority requirements and standards.
Identify risks related to stakeholder approvals and proactively propose mitigation strategies
Maintain accurate records of all stakeholder interactions and approvals
Support project teams during design and construction phases regarding stakeholder requirements.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with stakeholders and internal teams.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil or related field preferred).
3 years of experience in stakeholder coordination within infrastructure or development projects.
Fresh graduate are welcoming to apply also
Strong knowledge of local authority processes (e.g., municipalities, utilities, transport authorities).
Experience in managing NOCs, permits, and authority submissions.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with project lifecycle (design, approvals, construction).
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE authority systems (e.g., TAMM, ADM, ADDC, Etihad Rail, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in tracking tools, dashboards, or stakeholder management systems.
High level of professionalism and stakeholder engagement capability.
