Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Reduce dead stock and excess inventory through analysis and action planning
  • Monitor stock cover and replenishment parameters
  • Analyse sales velocity, aging inventory, and SKU performance
  • Identify slow-moving and non-moving SKUs
  • Build dashboards and generate inventory insights.
  • Support demand forecasting and promotion planning
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and variance root causes
