Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in system maintenance, updates, patching, and basic troubleshooting

Support backups and verify successful completion of backup jobs

Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects

Provide support for Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)

Handle user account management (creation, modification, deactivation) in Active directory and Microsoft 365

Monitor system health and alerts; escalate issues when required

Support endpoint management and basic security tasks

Maintain and update asset inventory (devices, licenses, warranties)

Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Provide first-line support to internal teams and escalate complex issues

Participate in maintenance windows and on-call rotation (with supervision)

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, IP)
  • Exposure to virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) is a plus
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell is a plus)
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Relevant certifications
