Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and capable Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support us with the development of sourcing and finding the best calibers to achieve organizational goals
You will play an integral role in forming long-term relationships with candidates, keeping the organization well-staffed with the right talent. As a company representative to potential applicants, you will need to ensure a good candidate experience and convey the branding of our organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments.
- Plan interviews and selection procedures, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates with a long-term strategy in mind.
- Manage the hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, candidate selection criteria, and to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
- Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- English Fluency is a must.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficient with CV screening, phone interviewing, and shortlisting.
- Proficient in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and conducting Boolean Search
- Any professional credentials, such as HR Certification Institute or relevant.
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics.
