Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead issue triage and prioritization, ensuring timely routing to appropriate internal or vendor teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Product, and Engineering, driving fast, reliable issue resolution.
- Manage incident documentation and ticket flows, ensuring SLA compliance and transparency.
- Monitor and respond to ticket queues, escalating issues when necessary according to defined protocols.
- Coordinate change implementation by validating readiness and communicating deployment impacts.
- Drive reporting and analytics on incident trends, SLA breaches, and operational insights.
- Assist in developing internal knowledge resources, recovery playbooks, and response procedures.
- Provide on-call support for critical systems and ensure clear communication during outages or service interruptions.
Qualifications & Attributes
We re seeking someone who embodies the following:
- Education:
- Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in a tech operations or similar role, ideally within fintech or other regulated industries.
Technical Skills:
Must-haves:
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows servers.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Postgres for issue investigation.
- Understanding of networking principles, load balancing, and security best practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira and incident response workflows.
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms.
- Exposure to IP networks and system monitoring tools.
