Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and review interior architectural drawings in compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate execution and timely resolution of issues.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples for quality and design compliance.
Conduct site inspections, prepare snag lists, and support closure of observations.
Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure integrated and clash-free interior solutions.
Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design intent.
Maintain technical documentation, approvals, and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from a recognized institution.
1–6 years of relevant experience in interior design projects ( residential, or hospitality preferred).
Proficient in preparing detailed interior drawings, layouts, and schedules aligned with design intent.
