We are hiring for below mention position :-

Position- Junior Technician

Location: Dubai

Role Description:

Highly motivated Mobile Repair Technician responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and refurbishment of mobile devices, ensuring they meet functional and cosmic quality standards.

This includes small parts replacement, replacing components such as screens, berries, and motherboards, and performing thorough quality checks post-repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets).

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble devices with precision, following manufacturer standards and SOPs.

Replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and motherboards.

Perform functional and cosmetic inspections to ensure devices meet quality standards.

Use diagnostic tools, testing software, and manual checks to verify repair accuracy.

Maintain accurate repair logs, part usage, and device tracking records. Ensure proper handling and care of tools, spare parts, and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures.

Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Communicate repair status or issues with supervisors or engineering teams as needed.

Maintain clean and organized workstations to support efficient workflow.

Meet assigned repair targets, turnaround times, and production goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on technical skills, a en on to detail, and experience working with various smartphone brands and models. He/she should be capable of working in a fast-paced production environment, following standard opera ng procedures (SOPs), and contributing to overall device recovery and turnaround goals.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 1 years experience in repair of mobile phones/ devices

Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware components, opera ng systems, and software applications

Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues

Ability to perform soldering ac vi es for mobile repair

Proficiency in using small tools, soldering equipment, and precision instruments for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling mobile phones

Ability to priori ze tasks, work efficiently, and meet repair deadlines

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues and find appropriate solutions

Good communication on and listening skills
