Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

To participate and assist in the installation & maintenance of Power Plant Equipment of the E&M Project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Team leaders in the installation of Power Plant equipment.
  • To assist in the installation of AC/DC PLANT, UPS, and INVERTERS.
  • Take part in the delivery of PP-related items.
  • Assist other Power Plant caders in case of emergency maintenance or breakdown.
  • Assist the Team leader in the daily routine and preventive maintenance of AC/DC Plants.
  • To act as Safety Man to PP Technicians during fault finding, rectification, and routine maintenance, etc.
  • Attend to Emergency Call Outs as and when required.
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum High School plus at least 3-4 years of apprenticeship in Electrical and Mechanical cadre.
  • At least 5 years in Electrical and Mechanical fields, preferably in a Telecommunication Environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Battery and Generator maintenance.
  • Fully aware of Electrical and Mechanical safety procedures.
  • Possess a valid UAE driving license
