Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with individual and group reservations
- Update hotel contracts and rates across tourism systems
- Ensure accuracy of data and booking information
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Basic experience or exposure to inbound tourism reservations is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
- Fluency in English is required
