Roles & Responsibilities

As a travel Agent (operation), you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of one account only for our business.

From managing logistics for VIP clients to providing exceptional customer service, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and adaptable individual to contribute to a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our company's success.

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for incoming and outgoing.

  • Receive and process customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with suppliers and agents to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing services to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

NOTE: All candidates MUST be able to communicate fluently in English

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong mindset with attention to detail
