We are seeking a creative and driven Junior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. You will assist in conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring design consistency across platforms. • Collaborate with senior designers to develop engaging and user-friendly design solutions.
• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing design feedback and recommendations.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of the design elements across all platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and design concepts.
• Incorporate user feedback and research findings into design iterations and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the field.
• Organize and maintain design files in a structured and accessible manner.
• Develop and refine user scenarios, personas, and journey maps as needed.
• Work alongside developers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to UI standards.

• Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines effectively.
