Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Support

    • Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned FMCG brand partners across UAE, KSA, and GCC.
    • Support Key Account Managers in developing client plans and proposals.
    • Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and deliverables across creative, media, and analytics teams.
    • Ensure all campaigns are executed as per client expectations and SLAs.

Retail Media Campaign Coordination

    • Liaise with internal teams to activate onsite, offsite, and in-store campaigns.
    • Monitor campaign performance and ensure proper tracking, tagging, and reporting.
    • Troubleshoot technical or operational issues promptly to maintain smooth campaign delivery.

Reporting & Insights

    • Support creation of post-campaign performance reports, analyzing KPIs such as impressions, CTR, conversion, ROAS, and sales uplift.
    • Present actionable insights and optimization suggestions to improve future campaign performance.

Brand Relationship Development

    • Build trusted relationships with brand managers, media agencies, and trade marketing teams.
