Job Description
1. Managing Key Accounts & Building Relationships
Develop strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive sales and customer loyalty.
Visit key accounts regularly to check stock levels, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to increase order sizes.
2. Handling Orders & Inventory Coordination
Make and process orders for key accounts, ensuring they get the right products at the right time.
Monitor stock availability and proactively suggest orders based on sales trends.
Follow up on pending orders, returns, and any order-related issues.
3. Sales Growth & Performance Tracking
Achieve and exceed sales targets for key accounts.
Develop account-specific strategies to boost sales and maximize revenue.
Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies when needed.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, account growth, and customer feedback.
4. Problem-Solving
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Requirements
Experience: 1+ years in sales, account management, or a related role.
Skills:
o Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
o Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
o Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office
