Roles & Responsibilities
We are a trusted recruitment partner working with a leading multinational company in the FMCG sector. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Key Account Executive to support the management and development of strategic retail accounts across the Middle East region.
This is a full-time remote opportunity for professionals with strong experience in key account management, client relationship development, and commercial strategy within the consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key retail and distribution partners across assigned markets.
- Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor account performance, sales trends, and market insights to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, supply chain, and marketing to ensure smooth account operations.
- Prepare account reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Experience managing regional or large retail accounts is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
