Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Key Account Executive (KAE) On-Premise is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts in the HoReCa segment, which includes hotels, restaurants, caf s, bars, and leisure venues. This role focuses on driving revenue, building long-term customer relationships, and executing effective sales strategies to maximize business potential within assigned accounts. The KAE will play a key role in ensuring the company s products are well represented and consistently available in all key On-Premise locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of key On-Premise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business retention.

  • Develop and implement detailed account plans to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to existing accounts, ensuring maximum penetration and profitability.

2. Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within each key account.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment on business objectives.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all customer interactions reflect the company s values and commitment to excellence.

3. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product activations, and trade programs tailored for key accounts.

  • Monitor account performance, sales results, and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Track competitor activity, customer preferences, and emerging market trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.

  • Provide strategic insights to management to inform business decisions and support growth initiatives.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and account performance.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, pricing agreements, and contractual terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2 5 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or account development.
  • FMCG, beverage, or On-Premise/HoReCa channel experience is preferred.
