Key Account Manager - Claims

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Manage and oversee the end-to-end claims lifecycle for assigned accounts, from initial notification to final resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal claims teams, underwriters, and external insurers to expedite claim settlements and resolve complex issues.
• Analyze claims data and trends to provide strategic recommendations for risk mitigation and improved client outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver regular claims status reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
• Negotiate claim settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring fair and optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the claims process.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention through proactive service and value-added solutions.
• Support business development initiatives by providing insights on claims trends and client feedback.
