Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts.
- Identify needs, propose suitable solutions and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and implement personalized account plans for each client.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure that revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Coordinate actions with internal teams (marketing, technical, support, logistics).
- Excellent command of negotiation techniques and strategic account management.
- Strong results orientation and well-developed commercial sense.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and build customized solutions.
- Good knowledge of CRM and reporting tools.
