Roles & Responsibilities
Managing and developing a portfolio of B2B clients (key accounts)
- Identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and ensure their follow-up
- Develop business strategies tailored to key clients
- Ensure regular monitoring of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics)
- To produce regular reports on sales performance
Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in business, marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Mastery of B2B sales techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- My proficiency with computer tools (CRM, Excel)
