Roles & Responsibilities

Managing and developing a portfolio of B2B clients (key accounts)

  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure their follow-up
  • Develop business strategies tailored to key clients
  • Ensure regular monitoring of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics)
  • To produce regular reports on sales performance

Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in business, marketing or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Mastery of B2B sales techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • My proficiency with computer tools (CRM, Excel)
