Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall city operations to achieve sales, operational, and financial targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new partners and expand existing accounts.
  • Oversee partner success initiatives, ensuring partners are fully trained and engaged with justclean products (Marketplace, Logistics, and SaaS systems).
  • Manage logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient order pickup, delivery, and fulfillment cycles.
  • Build, train, and motivate a high-performing city team across functions (Partner Success, Operations, Logistics).
  • Maintain strong and continuous business relationships with key partners to enhance loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor city performance metrics (orders, revenue, incidents, driver productivity, SLA compliance) and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Handle escalations, operational challenges, and partner/customer complaints with quick, effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with central departments (Marketing, Finance, HR) to align city initiatives with company-wide goals.
  • Launch and oversee city-specific marketing campaigns and promotions to boost sales and partner engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with justclean policies, local labor laws, and health & safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation to strengthen justclean s competitive position in the city.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in City/Area/Operations/General Management, ideally in logistics, tech, or marketplace platforms
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building and leading diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Business development experience with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in P&L management and KPI tracking.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic business environment.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and street-smart approach to managing city-level challenges.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience working in a hybrid workplace arrangement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
