Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Roles:
- Strengthen the company s product positioning and image in the Private & Tender sectors.
- Provide effective support and resources to the Field Force Team.
- Understand and facilitate integration with other functions to achieve overall objectives.
- Managing new prescriptions and the positioning of the company's Cardio-metabolic & Endocrinology Portfolio
- Building up a strong foundation for the new products by promoting them to HCPs.
- Providing complete Performance Review and propose an effective action plan for assigned territory.
- Providing constructive feedback from assigned territory to the company and implement action plan accordingly.
- Participate in and cooperate in various scientific events and projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Who You Are:
- Holds a bachelor s degree of pharmacy
- 1 to 3 years experience is preferred in Pharmaceutical Market (Cardiology-Diabetology-Endocrinology)/ Fresh graduates are welcomed also
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Strong analytical & determined mind
- Convincing technique with presentation skills
- Creative / Active
- Good Time management & Work organization
- Good English / Good computer skills
