Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Strengthen the company s product positioning and image in the Private & Tender sectors.
- Provide effective support and resources to the Field Force Team.
- Understand and facilitate integration with other functions to achieve overall objectives.
- Managing new prescriptions and the positioning of Company's Cardio-Metabolic portfolio .
- Building up a strong foundation for the new products by promoting them to HCPs.
- Providing complete Performance Review and propose an effective action plan for assigned territory.
- Providing constructive feedback from assigned territory to the company and implement action plan accordingly.
- Participate in and cooperate in various scientific events and projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holds a bachelor s degree of pharmacy / Vet
1 to 3 years experience is preferred in Pharmaceutical Market (Especially Cardio-Diabetes).
Good communication & negotiation skills
Strong analytical & determined mind
Convincing technique with presentation skills
Creative / Active
Good Time management & Work organization
Good English and Good computer skills
