- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.

- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Key Account Management or National Account Management within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, preferably with experience in food or snacking categories.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful customer strategies.
- Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L for key accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Travel requirements:
- Frequent travel within Jeddah and surrounding regions in Saudi Arabia (up to 50% of the time) to visit customer sites, attend meetings, and conduct market visits. Occasional travel to other regions within Saudi Arabia may be required.
Work schedule:
- Standard business hours, Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility required to meet business needs and customer schedules.
