Roles & Responsibilities
Purpose of Role:
As a Key Account Manager at Weir, you will play a critical role in shaping our presence with some of the most strategic customers in Morocco. This role offers the opportunity to own high-impact accounts, influence long-term partnerships, and directly drive business growth across OE and aftermarket solutions. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer success with a high level of autonomy. Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow strategic key accounts across Morocco, driving both OE and aftermarket sales to deliver annual revenue and margin targets for Lewis, Delta and Hazelton
Develop and execute account strategies, including customer visit plans, opportunity pipelines, forecasting, and competitor insights, using Salesforce as the primary CRM tool
Act as the technical and commercial interface for customers, providing on-site support, coordinating product trials, installations, training, and resolving customer issues in collaboration with internal teams
Build long-term, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, positioning Weir as the preferred partner and primary supplier across assigned accounts

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
2 5 years experience in industrial sales, account management, application engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
Strong understanding of hydraulics, industrial equipment, or rotating machinery
Fluent in Moroccan Arabic, French, and English
Desired Candidate Profile
