Roles & Responsibilities

The KAM will be responsible for developing strong relations within the customer s management structure and be the single point of contact to all of the customer s different departments that have ongoing demand/projects with GTS. Projects will typically include site maintenance requirements, spare parts requirements and development of new opportunities. The KAM is required to drive and manage all such projects in order to guarantee continuous and efficient updates to all stakeholders within the customer s organization as well as the internal organization

The Key Account Manager will be responsible to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers by delivering quality services that meet with the customer s expectations.

The role will support sales to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales and profitability. The KAM must also ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and provide excellent customer service.

Manage the end-to-end project delivery process, including project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.

Monitor and report on project status, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct regular business reviews and close communication with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Identify new work scope opportunities within existing accounts and work to develop proposals in coordination with the Sales & Project team and secure new business.

Required to work effectively with internal teams: Sales & Projects, Operations , in order to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

Identify and implement improved work efficiency (for example in planning and record keeping for key accounts, documentation and record keeping etc).

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 10 -15 years of experience in the Oil & gas industry with strong exposure to handling key turnaround projects focused on steam turbines and turbo compressors in large organizations.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5 years experience in related field or in similar position.

Deep technical understanding of steam turbines and turbo compressors.

He must have excellent communication skills for close interaction with our clients and capable of independently negotiating complex project issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Excellent Proficiency in English speak, read and write. German will add an advantage.

Demonstrate a good understanding of environmental regulations and requirements.

Ability to influence and drive contractor to improve safety, quality, and production

Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels

The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent diploma from an accredited college or university.

Ability to continuously drive and lead change in the respective organizations across BUs, functions and cultures

Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency and integration you know how to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally)

Exposure to multi-culture and international organizations is preferred
