Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with end users in the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage key customers, including hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Meet with radiologists, sonographers, and decision-makers to generate demand and coordinate projects with distributors.
- Support key projects and tenders in collaboration with the Mindray team and distributors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitors' activities and customer needs, to identify business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with key clients, hospital procurement teams, and decision-makers to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or above; a medical-related discipline is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales and marketing of Medical Imaging Systems (MIS), specifically Ultrasound or related medical device industries.
- Proven track record of working with end users, key clients, and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the ultrasound market, including product applications and clinical workflows.
- Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
